Return Policy and Process

Domestic (with in Canada)

All full-priced items are eligible for return within 14 days of the original purchase date. All sale items purchased are eligible for store credit or direct size exchange only. All returned items have to be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached and in original packaging to proceed with a return. 

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we offer direct exchanges with complimentary shipping. If you’d like a refund back to your original payment method, we deduct $10 from your refund to cover shipping and restocking.

Profile Boutique is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

Exchanges, store credits and/or refunds will be issued only after returned goods have been received and inspected by our team to confirm they meet our return-eligible criteria above.

Store credit requests are free to process and issued electronically; credits do not expire and can be used toward anything on our site.

Please allow up to 10 business days to receive and process your return request after your return package has been shipped.

While we try our best, direct exchange requests are not guaranteed because our stock is limited.

Damaged returns and returns sent back without prior authorization will be returned to sender.

International (outside of Canada)

Profile Boutique online returns portal can only be used to return items purchased online.

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).

Items must be sent back within 21 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. 

Please allow 10 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center.

In-Store Returns for Online Purchases

If your purchase was made online, you may return your items at our store location to receive in-store credit in accordance with our Store Returns Policy. If you are unhappy with your online purchase, you may bring the item to the store  within 30 days of the purchase date. All items must be unworn, unwashed and returned in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, accessories) with tags attached.
